The process

Four steps to a refund

Get in touch within 14 days

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short note about the issue. Photos help us resolve things faster.

We confirm eligibility

We'll review your request and confirm the return. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.

Send it back

Repack the item in its original, sealed condition and use the return label or address we provide. Keep your tracking number.

Get your refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What we can accept

  • Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • Damaged in transit (report within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect item received
  • Faulty or defective on arrival

What we can't accept

  • Opened cosmetics or supplements (hygiene & safety)
  • Items returned after 14 days without prior contact
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance items marked final sale

For health and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and supplements can't be returned unless they were faulty on arrival.
